I’m Morgan E. Dawson, a collaborative leader who believes in the power of community and the strength of collective vision. With over 10 years of experience in program and event management across hospitality and philanthropy, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible teams to bring high-impact events and initiatives to life. Together, we’ve grown from hosting 40 annual events to 75, welcoming up to 3,000 attendees and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and connected.

Community Care is my passion. I’ve been fortunate to build foundational initiatives from the ground up, design innovative grant-making strategies, and secure public recognition that uplifts the organizations I serve. Leading diverse teams has been one of my greatest joys, as I mentor and foster cultures rooted in inclusivity, accountability, and operational excellence.

Growing up between Southern California and Texas, I’ve always combined southern hospitality with California’s calm in my approach to leadership and community engagement. I’m dedicated to creating environments where people thrive, and I’m excited to continue building spaces where growth and connection flourish.
